Return Policy

Pinky Goat are only able to accept refunds, returns and exchanges on items purchased directly from www.pinkygoat.com.

We are delighted to offer you a straight forward return and exchange policy. We are here to help you and to ensure you are delighted with your products, so please do not hesitate to contact us, at any time, via sales@pinkygoat.com.

Please note, it is not possible to get refund or return for these items on SALES items. 

REFUNDS

If your order does not meet your highest expectations, we will refund the amount for all unused, unopened product from your order less shipping fees. We kindly advise that refund requests must be made within 3 days from receipt of your products.

Refunds are not granted if the item is damaged in the possession of the customer.

If an item is refused delivery by the client on international orders for any reason, no refund will be provided and additional charges may apply.

RETURNS

If you wish to return all or part of your order please email mail us at sales@pinkygoat.com with the subject line “Order Return“ and include your order number within your message including any images of the product. We will then advise you of the next steps.

In an event of exchange, please specify the product(s) you wish to be shipped in exchange for your return.

Products must be received back before sending the replacement items. Return items must be received in their original packaging, provided that the item(s) have not been worn, damaged, soiled, washed, or altered. 

Pinky Goat is not liable for any duties, taxes, customs charges or other fees incurred with international shipping. It is the customer's responsibility to investigate and understand these associated charges as well as their own countries legalities prior to purchase.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

We like you to feel happy and comfortable purchasing from www.pinkygoat.com. Cancelations must be made within 24 hours of your initial purchase. Once your shipment is on the way to you, we unfortunately will not be able to cancel it.

Pinky Goat is an E-Commerce Service Consultant and not a manufacturer. All item descriptions and images are accurate to the best of our knowledge and ability and are in no way warranted as complete.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, in our opinion, who is doing excessive returns or exchanges.
