Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare case that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at sales@pinkygoat.com within 3 working days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Our team will review and advise on the next steps.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once your order has been processed and shipped, cancellations will no longer be possible.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, and customs fees associated with international shipping. Refused deliveries for international orders are non-refundable, and additional charges may apply.
